• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop tailored therapy plans that address each client's unique challenges.
• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused approaches.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, providing a safe and supportive environment for open dialogue.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and high-quality client care.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans that respond to clients' evolving needs.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay current with mental health best practices and research developments.

Your primary focus will be working with diverse client demographics, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will address various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship issues. By establishing rapport and trust, you will empower clients to navigate their mental health journeys effectively.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Avalid, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.
• Deep understanding of legal, ethical, and clinical standards in mental health care.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building rapport with various client populations.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly desirable.
• Experience fostering therapeutic alliances and implementing treatment strategies in a remote setting is an advantage.

• A competitive salary within the range of USD 70,000–90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and client caseload.
