We are hiring a Commercial Relationship Manager for our Real Estate division.  This role offers you the autonomy to do your job, build long-term relationships with clients, bring in new business, and collaborate across the organization to achieve more together.  If you have relationship management and credit experience serving real estate clients across a specialized portfolio, we would like to talk to you.

Job Description

The Commercial Relationship Manager IV – Commercial Real Estate (CRE) is primarily responsible for originating and servicing a wide variety of commercial real estate investors and developers , which are complex in nature. Handles larger, more profitable customer relationships within the department.  Provides subordinate officers with functional guidance.

How You'll Spend Your Time
  • You will use your business savvy to identify new prospects, markets and develop new business.
  • You’ll use product/service knowledge to determine what our clients need to enhance their business and ours. You will use your financial acumen and analytical skills to understand data to make informed decisions.
  • You will use your expertise on the lending side to structure loans, mitigate and identify risk, to keep us in regulatory compliance. 
  • You will use your business and credit acumen to get deals approved
Education & Experience Requirements

Required level of knowledge is normally acquired through completion of Bachelor’s degree and 8-10 years’ experience in commercial lending or 14-16 years’ equivalent experience.
