Job description

Behavioral Health Network (BHN) is the largest provider of behavioral health services in Western Massachusetts and a Certified Great Place to Work. In Springfield, you'll gain hands-on experience while receiving top-notch training, supervision, and mentorship.
What You'll Do:
As an Intern you'll work in a dynamic outpatient environment providing individual, family, couple, and group therapy while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial assessments and provide evidence-based psychotherapy and social-emotional skills training
  • Develop collaborative treatment plans and measure progress toward client goals
  • Participate in clinical team meetings, supervision, and continuing education
  • Provide care in various settings, including in-person, telehealth, and outreach within the community
  • Learn about and implement evidence-based practices while delivering client-centered services
