To thrive as a Summer Camp Counselor, you typically need experience working with children, basic first aid knowledge, and often a high school diploma or higher. Familiarity with scheduling software, activity planning tools, and CPR certification are commonly required. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills help counselors connect with campers and manage group dynamics effectively.
