Senior Health is a provider-focused, technology-enabled medical practice delivering high-quality care to patients in assisted living (ALF) and skilled nursing facilities (SNF) throughout Utah.

We operate a fully remote provider model, supported by a strong in-office clinical team, allowing you to focus on what matters most—patient care.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide part-time coverage during nights, weekends, or both.

This role is ideal for providers looking for:

  • Ensure high-quality, compliant clinical decision-making
  • Certification as a physician assistant or nurse practitioner.
  • Comfortable making decisions and solving problems.
  • Work with confidence and dexterity.
  • Fluent in HIPAA protocols and practices.
  • Experience interacting with patients 
  • Sound attention to detail and judgment.
