WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
We are seeking a motivated and organized training content creator to join our Training team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing clear, easy-to-follow training materials that support employees across the organization.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including Operations, Branching VPs and other subject matter experts, to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement. Your work will simplify processes, streamline workflows and increase consistency across the organization.
Location, Schedule Availability & Salary
  • 5167 Adams Ave, Washington Terrace, UT 84405
  • Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • $20.25 per hour, based on performance and experience + Bonus + Incentive

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and effectively manage long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Training Content Development: Create and maintain training materials that support employees and improve day-to-day processes. Content includes, but is not limited to, training aids, videos, presentations and other learning resources.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Branching VPs and other subject matter experts to gather input, align on best practices and ensure training content supports business needs.
  • Content Maintenance and Accuracy: Regularly review and update training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency and alignment with current systems, policies and procedures.
  • Gap Identification: Identify areas where employees may experience confusion or inconsistency and develop content to address those gaps.
  • Comply with all regulations as required by law.
  • Actively participate in continuing education related to credit union career development.

Experience, Education & Certification
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Experience training, coaching or developing others
  • Strong written communication skills with high level of attention to detail
  • Ability to develop creative and engaging content that enhances the training experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across departments
