Job description

Dedicated Regional Class A Position – 100% Touch Freight

If you are a driver who doesn't mind staying active to secure a bigger paycheck, this dedicated regional account is built for you. We offer premium unload pay, steady lanes across the Midwest, and extra seasonal bonuses to maximize your weekly earnings while keeping you on a consistent schedule.

Pay & Volume Highlights

  • Average $1,500 to $1,700 a week (Top performers clear $2,000+ weekly, bringing in $75,000 to $100,000 annually).
  • Averages out to approximately $1.80 per mile when factoring in all extra pay.
  • Extra $245 flat for every trailer you unload, $70 for backhauls, and $25 per stop.
  • 2-day on-site orientation and training covered at a flat $150 per day.

Active Bonuses

Summer Peak Bonus: Earn an extra $337.50 weekly during the promotion period (May 18 – August 15, 2026). Payouts are distributed on July 3 and August 21, 2026.

  • $2,500 Sign-On Bonus: Paid as $250 on 1st load, $250 at 30 and 60 days, $500 at 90 days, $250 at 120 and 150 days, and $750 at 180 days.

  • Route Logistics & Daily Work

    • Dedicated regional deliveries throughout Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, Iowa, and Kentucky.
    • Highly manageable road miles, averaging 800 to 1,000 miles per week.
    • 100% touch freight. You will handle manual trailer unloads at delivery locations.
    • Well-maintained assigned International and Freightliner sleeper tractors.

    Shift & Schedule Reality

    • Work schedules and routes are assigned based on weekly customer freight demand. Drivers must be fully available to run throughout the week, including scheduled weekend shifts.
    • Guaranteed weekly 34-hour home reset.

    Qualification Thresholds

    • Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
    • Minimum of 3 months of solo tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years.
    • Full physical capability to handle heavy touch freight and manual unloads.
    • Ready to bring 2 weeks of personal supplies to your scheduled onboarding orientation.
    • Parking Rule: Truck and trailer must remain parked at the designated terminal or distribution center during your weekly home reset.
    • Clean MVR, clean criminal background check, and strong customer service skills.
    • Safety Policy: This dedicated account is strictly not SAP friendly.
