• Deep knowledge of SIP, RTP, SRTP, SDP, DIAMETER, transcoding, and telecom signaling.
• Experience with Unix/Linux, scripting (e.g., Bash, Perl, Python), and automation tools.
• Hands-on experience with telecom routing protocols, voice translation tables, provisioning platforms, and network service monitoring.
• Solid grasp of Cisco networking technologies, including routing (BGP, OSPF), switching (VLANs, NAT, HSRP), and security (VPNs, ACLs).
• Demonstrated ability to lead troubleshooting during live outages and to document RCA and mitigation plans.
• Excellent communication skills, both technical and customer-facing.
Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Ribbon CS2K/C20, Oracle SBCs, and 5ESS systems.
• Familiarity with mediation systems, billing collection frameworks, and data analytics tools.
• Experience working in large-scale service provider environments.
• Exposure to cloud-native telecom solutions (Kubernetes, Docker) and NFV environments.
• Knowledge of regulatory telecom frameworks and compliance tools (STIR/SHAKEN, CALEA, robocall mitigation, etc.).
Working Conditions

• Remote work environment, with participation in 24/7 on-call support rotations.
• Availability for off-hours maintenance windows and critical incident support.
