Job description

About the Brand
Made to be seen, bond-eye swim is infused with the spirit of summer, salt-mist days + electric nights of its home in Sydney. Known for bold, ultra flattering silhouettes, each collection hints of nostalgia paired with innovative design principles. Every piece is designed with intention, incorporating modern ethical production practices-from initial designs, through to our Authentic Crinkleโ„ข swimwear handcrafted in Australia.
Every piece has been artisanally hand-made, knitted using premium European fibres, + constructed to allow four-way stretch + instant recovery along the body for statement-making pieces that match the mood of the wearer: Confident, discerning + truly authentic.
bond-eye swimwear is unsized + designed to fit a size XS through to L, with all shapes + sizes in between. Due to the unique stretch of our fabric, most of The Authentic Crinkleโ„ข bikini tops + one-piece swimsuits can fit an A-DD/E cup. Our ultra-flexible fabric means most of our The Authentic Crinkleโ„ขbikini bottoms can be worn either low, mid or high rise. We're proud of the fact that our swim collections are unsized for a reason-the reduction of excess fabric from offering multiple sizing.
By creating unsized swimwear, we're also cutting down on excessive stock + reusing fabric off-cuts, with 80% of our range shaped from regenerated nylon derived from pre-consumer raw materials that would ordinarily go to waste. This recycled yarn is manufactured exclusively by a premium Italian mill using leading environmental processes which include reduced carbon dioxide emissions, 100% renewable energy + less water consumption.
About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Supervisor for our Bond-Eye boutique on Abbot Kinney, Opening June 2026-September 2026. You will partner closely with store leadership to execute strategic initiatives that increase revenue, strengthen client retention, and uphold operational excellence. Responsibilities include supporting inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment processing, and ensuring all brand standards are executed with precision and attention to detail.
With a one-team mindset, you will also contribute to broader market and brand initiatives such as promotional events, activations, and store openings. Comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, you will leverage tools such as Shopify, Endear, and Slack to support client outreach, team communication, and business operations.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure operational excellence across merchandising, inventory, and daily task execution.
  • Flexibility to accommodate dynamic business needs, including availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Active and engaged presence on the sales floor, with the physical capability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Hourly Pay Range: $22-$24. Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, competencies, and qualifications.
