Brindar a estudiantes de escuela superior una experiencia formativa en un ambiente profesional, desarrollando habilidades administrativas y de oficina mientras colaboran con distintas áreas organizativas. Programa exclusivo para los hijos(as) de empleados(as) de Pan Pepin.

Responsabilidades Principales

  • Asistir en tareas básicas de oficina como organización de archivos, digitalización y escaneo de documentos.

  • Ayudar en la preparación de materiales y documentos para reuniones o actividades internas.

  • Participar en inventario, preparación de sobres o paquetes, y control de materiales de oficina.

  • Utilizar herramientas básicas de oficina como fotocopiadoras, computadoras, correo electrónico y Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

  • Seguir políticas de confidencialidad y manejo responsable de la información.

  • Otras tareas relacionadas que sean asignadas por el personal supervisor.
