Join Our Team as a Patient Assistance Program Coordinator!
We’re looking for a dedicated professional to serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and foundations, ensuring access to essential medications regardless of patients’ financial limitations.
Key Requirements:
✔ Proficiency in English
✔ Previous experience in customer service
Main Responsibilities:
???? Coordinate assistance for patients with high copays or financial constraints
???? Process applications for pharmaceutical manufacturer assistance programs
???? Maintain frequent communication with physicians, patients, and pharmacy staff
???? Educate and guide on program eligibility and application requirements
???? Accurately document and track each case using the CPR+ platform
