Managing increased orders while ensuring consistent quality and timely preparation requires strong organizational and multitasking skills. Additionally, working near hot ovens in warmer temperatures can be physically demanding, so staying hydrated and maintaining energy levels is important. Collaborating efficiently with team members—such as prep cooks, servers, and delivery staff—is also crucial to maintain smooth operations during peak hours.
