Job Summary
Our Summer Luggers are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers. If you enjoy meeting new people, genuinely care about customer service, commit to safety, and like variety at work, come help us save the world “The Green Way.” Learn about small business with 1-to-1s with ownership. Responsibilities:
  • Treat team members and customers with care and respect by providing knock-your-socks-off service.
  • Educate customers on our services to demonstrate our value.
  • Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.
  • Work with community donation, recycling, and disposal partners to dispose of items the green way.
  • Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently (what can be donated and recycled and where, how to safely and efficiently complete a job).
  • Help maintain trucks and equipment with daily inspections and reporting of any observed issues.
  • Execute guerilla marketing tactics to win repeat business, referrals, and new customers.
  • Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role

  • Ability to learn and use technology in the field to execute job requirements, quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to problem solve on the fly to get the job done
