Summer Analyst (Technology & AI Exploration)

At Accenture Federal Services, our Summer Analyst Intern program is designed for curious minds who want to dive into the world of technology, AI, and federal innovation-regardless of major. If you're excited by the idea of solving real-world problems, learning new tools, and working side-by-side with project teams, this is your starting point.  

As a Summer Analyst, you'll gain hands-on exposure aligned to the three (3) core positions we're hiring for in our analyst community: 

  • Software Engineering Analyst: Get a taste of full-stack development, cloud-native engineering, and AI integration. You'll work with modern frameworks, learn agile delivery, and help build secure, scalable systems that support mission-critical operations. 
  • Technology Analyst: Explore how we help federal clients adopt emerging technologies, apply structured thinking, and deliver innovative solutions. You'll learn how to analyze business needs, experiment with next-gen IT, and contribute to digital transformation efforts. 
  • Data & AI Analyst: Dive into data analytics, machine learning, and intelligent automation. You'll explore how we use tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI to uncover insights, optimize decisions, and deliver AI-powered solutions for federal agencies.  

What You'll Do 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real client challenges 
  • Translate business objectives into digital, technology, and organizational strategies. 
  • Experiment with emerging technologies and framework like Agentic AI. 
  • Apply creativity, business analysis, and structured thinking to design impactful solutions. 
  • Engage with mentors, attend workshops, and explore career paths in technology, software engineering, and AI.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Must be a rising senior/4th year undergraduate student, with a graduation date no later than August 31, 2027 
  • All majors considered; STEM or adjacent fields preferred. 
  • U.S. citizenship required
