Position: Full-Time, Direct Hire, Multi-Craft Industrial Maintenance
Location: Troy, MO


About Us

MissOuri Smelting Technology Inc. (MOST) is a secondary aluminum recycler that processes and melts aluminum to produce high-quality molten and solid products. These products are used in various industries, including automobile parts manufacturing.


Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 4 years in an industrial-related role.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent; vocational or equivalent recognized training.
  • Additional Skills: PLC experience is a plus.

Required Skill Set
  • Electrical
  • Mechanical

  • Strong troubleshooting abilities
  • PLCs (Programming is a plus)
  • Ability to work in high-temperature environments

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete repairs and maintain building equipment, machinery, and mechanical systems.
  • Work on motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, and production equipment.
  • Identify problems, conduct troubleshooting, and perform preventative maintenance.
  • Install new equipment and systems.
  • Update various types of equipment to improve efficiency as needed.

Work Schedule
  • Shift: 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm and 7pm-7am)
  • Work Week: Alternating schedule of 48 hours one week and 36 hours the next.
  • Overtime: Opportunities available.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Rate: $33.90 - $44.50/hr based on manufacturing experience and vocational or equivalent recognized training.
  • Additional Earnings:
    • $1/hr extra heat differential in the summer
    • Night shift differential
    • Annual Bonus Program
  • Insurance:
    • Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage (effective 1st of the month after hire)
    • Company-paid Life/AD&D, Short-Term Disability, and Long-Term Disability.
  • Retirement:
