Summer Meta Tech information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Summer Meta Tech, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Summer Meta Tech, you generally need a solid background in computer science, programming skills (often in languages like Python or Java), and a strong academic record in a related field. Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as experience with collaborative development tools and possibly cloud platforms, is typically expected. Problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and effective communication are crucial soft skills for standing out in this role. These skills and qualities enable interns to contribute effectively to projects, adapt to a fast-paced tech environment, and maximize their learning experience during the program.

What types of projects do Summer Meta Tech interns typically work on, and how do these projects contribute to their overall learning experience?

Summer Meta Tech interns are often assigned to real-world projects that align closely with Meta's current technical initiatives, such as improving platform infrastructure, developing new features, or optimizing user experience. These projects are designed to be both challenging and educational, providing interns with the opportunity to collaborate with full-time engineers and cross-functional teams. Interns are encouraged to take ownership of meaningful tasks, attend regular team meetings, and present their results, which helps them develop both technical and professional skills. The experience not only enhances their understanding of large-scale tech environments but also helps them build a strong professional network within Meta.

What are Summer Meta Tech positions?

Summer Meta Tech positions typically refer to internship or temporary roles offered by Meta (formerly Facebook) during the summer months for students or early-career professionals interested in technology. These roles may include software engineering, data science, product management, and other tech-focused internships. Participants gain hands-on experience working on real projects, collaborate with experienced professionals, and often receive mentorship and networking opportunities. These programs are designed to help students develop their technical skills and understand how large tech companies operate.

Job description

Eulerity is a fast-growing marketing technology company transforming how franchises and small businesses approach digital advertising. Built by former leaders from Google, Facebook, and Yahoo!, our platform combines decades of experience in engineering and marketing to deliver an industry-leading, automated solution. We make it easy to plan, launch, and analyze paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Display, Video, and organic social - all from one intuitive platform. We believe breakthrough results happen when technology, strategy, and creativity come together. By combining automation with human insight, we empower brands to scale smarter, move faster, and grow stronger. Internally, we're just as committed to growth. We cultivate a culture where ambitious, curious, and driven individuals are empowered to lead, learn, and elevate those around them.
Role:

This is a growth-focused position ideal for someone early in their digital marketing career who is passionate about both performance media and emerging AI technology. You'll be embedded in our Technical Account Management team, learning the full lifecycle of paid digital campaigns while contributing to the AI-enhanced workflows that power Eulerity's evolving product suite.

You'll work alongside account managers, engineers, and product teams, gaining deep exposure to how a fast-moving SaaS company operates at the intersection of marketing and technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Support campaign optimization across different media channels, including but not limited to Meta, Tik Tok, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Troubleshoot campaigns, investigating where issues may be stemming from and how to rectify problems
  • Work cross-functionally with various teams, including Account Management and Engineering, for any technical initiatives/issues.
  • Actively explore and implement AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks and campaign processes
  • Document and share AI-assisted workflow improvements that can be scaled across the team
  • Follow and contribute to weekly and monthly campaign management workflows and reporting processes
  • Support the testing and rollout of new internal procedures and platform features
  • Provide insight and suggestions for feature development to add value to current processes and tasks.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of agency experience executing and developing strategies for paid digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven track record of success in driving strong positive results through paid advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrated interest in or experience with AI tools applied to marketing or operational workflows
  • Must have experience in bid management, campaign management/optimization, or digital media operations
  • Proven understanding of Google AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and/or other marketing channels.
  • Experience with GA4 and data visualization tools preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with a collaborative, team-first attitude

Additional Requirements:

  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Hybrid role - able and willing to come to the NYC office at least 3x / week.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive benefits
    • Medical
    • Dental
    • Vision
  • Unlimited PTO
  • In-office lunch stipend and unlimited snacks
  • Commuter benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Hybrid model (3x in office per week)
  • Summer Fridays

Compensation:

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our company's size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes benefits, perks and other opportunities at Eulerity. The expected range for this role is $90,000 - $110,000, commensurate with experience and level.
