Will perform receiving, stocking, picking, shipping, and delivery of MRO inventory parts. Will receive incoming inventory into the warehouse thru the Maximo system. Required to barcode and label all parts. Stock inventoried items in appropriate locations. Verify purchase order numbers, packing slips, and description of parts. Will process all incoming orders into warehouse and pick inventoried items based upon ordering system. Deliver parts to different locations. Perform cycle counts of inventory to ensure accuracy of inventory in the system.
Shift work will be required.

Must be able to maintain production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; staging finished product for shipping; moving and organizing inventory as needed; operating machinery to move items. Other duties may be assigned.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.
• Able to lift and maneuver packages of a minimum of 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment and/or assistance from another person.
• Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders.
• Maintains in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies.
• Documents materials and supplies disposition by recording units delivered and location of units.
• Prepares finished stock for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, crating, loading, and securing product.
• Documents product shipment by recording units shipped.
• Maintains material-handling equipment by completing pre-use inspections; making operator repairs.
• Other duties as assigned.

This is Salary Non-Exempt position for ADM Employees.
Job Summary:

    • Spring / Summer: Outside temperature may be up to or exceed 100 degrees with potential for high humidity; may be exposed to inclement weather conditions including, but not limited to, rain and wind
    • Fall / Winter: Outside temperatures may reach freezing or below; may be exposed to inclement weather including, freezing rain, sleet, snow, and wind

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift and transport materials and equipment weighing up to thirty (30) pounds on a frequent basis, up to fifty (50) pounds on an occasional basis
    • Lifting or carrying of weights over fifty (50) pounds is rare; employees are encouraged to request assistance in lifting or carrying objects that weigh more than fifty (50) pounds
  • Ability to traverse up to two (2) miles during the course of a work day
  • Ability to move about or to a work site by stooping, bending, kneeling, or squatting frequently during the course of a work day; may require periods of prolonged sitting or standing and use of Ladders.
