Job description

We are looking for qualified help for the 2026 season. This position is full-time position and part-time and summer help
Job Summary:
  • MUST have RELIABLE transportation. MUST live within reasonable driving distance of Suwanee, Ga. 
  • MUST act in a PROFESSIONAL MANNER at all times.
  • MUST be HONEST and DEPENDABLE.
  • MUST be able to LISTEN and FOLLOW DIRECTIONS.

A Landscape employee is responsible for the following landscaping tasks:
  • The use of a push mower
  • String Trimming trees, fences and retaining walls
  • Sidewalk edging
  • Operating riding mowers, aerators and rental equipment 
  • Blowing off driveways, sidewalks, patios, and clumps of grass in lawn if present
  • Tree and shrub trimming
  • Help with building patios, retaining walls, and walkways.
  • Spreading pine straw mulch and hardwood mulch
  • Move dirt and/or gravel with wheelbarrow
  • Installing sod, hand raking, shoveling and laying straw blanket
  • Digging up bushes and planting bushes
  • Hauling branches & leaves to our truck
  • Cleaning up shrub clippings and branches
  • Must be able to spread salt and/or shovel snow 

Physical Requirements:
  • Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Being able to lift 50lbs
  • Basic knowledge of landscaping tools, equipment, and techniques (training provided as needed).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable transportation to meeting points.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
  • Prior experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is preferred 
  • Commitment to maintaining safety protocols and proper tool usage.
  • Must be able to work on demand when weather dictates 
  • Must be able to work 10 or more hours per day
  • Must be able to pass background test and drug screening 
  • Must be legal to working in USA
