Topa is looking for motivated candidates to join our team as a general labourers. The successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of the Topa team to help maintain the construction sites.

Position Title: General Labourer (summer student & full time positions)

Location: Esterhazy

Start Date: Immediately

Closing: Position will remain open until successful candidates are hired


Responsibilities:

  • Work independently or under minimum supervision
  • Grass cutting
  • Wiper Snipper
  • Push mower / Driving mower
  • Meet physical demands of the job (standing forlong periodsof time,lifting upto 50 lbs)
  • Gathering and staging various materials to complete construction task
  • Maintain a clean and organized work place
  • Participate in safety meeting and toolbox talk with supervision
  • Adhere to allcompany'ssafety protocols
  • General housekeeping duties
  • Working off ladders/scaffolding


Experience/Skills:

  • Safety FIRST Mentality
  • Ability to listen and take direction with positive, can-do attitude
  • Valid Driver's license with a clean drivers record
  • Mustpossessbasic English - verbal/written
  • Able to work as part of a team, and individually whenrequired
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in an industrial setting
