We provide the system, the support, and the opportunity to produce six-figure earners. The path is there. The rest comes down to you.

The Role-

  • WARM LEADS- all of them, no calling, no door knocking, closing sales only!
  • Uncover customer needs and wants, pitch home-improvement solutions same day
  • Total ownership of your income with uncapped bonus opportunities
  • Rapid career growth plans through our esteemed Sales Manager and General Manager in Training programs
  • Ongoing mentorship from leadership - unlock tools to be successful in more than just your current role.

The Pay-

  • Earn while you learn:$1,750during the training period.
  • Expected first-year earnings of$70,000-$90,000
  • Top performers earn$150k+ annually
  • Unparalleled and unlimited income potential -expect rewards that match your dedication.
  • $3,000 sign-on bonus, paid out over 12 weeks. This will be paid out $250 weekly upon completion of new hire training. The full bonus is fully dependent upon completing the initial 12 weeks of selling after training.
