Job Description
Our program
Our 10-week paid Summer Analyst Program provides hands-on exposure to the Global Capital Markets businesses while building a strong foundation in financial markets and / or corporate finance. Summer analysts work alongside experienced professionals, supporting live transactions and client deliverables, while participating in structured training, mentorship, and peer development programming. Successful summer analysts are offered entry into the full-time Global Capital Markets Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do
As a Global Capital Markets summer analyst, you may:
  • Support the origination, structuring, and execution of capital markets transactions across debt, loans, structured products, and working capital solutions

  • Assist with preparing client-facing materials such as pitchbooks, lender presentations, and market updates

  • Conduct financial and credit analysis, including review of financial statements and comparable transactions

  • Monitor market conditions and recent transaction activity

  • Collaborate with product teams, coverage partners, and analysts throughout the deal lifecycle.

Assignments may align to one of the following product areas: Rates, Foreign Exchange, Commodities, and Repo
Who we're looking for
We're looking for intellectually curious and creative thinkers who can think on their feet and thoughtfully react to a changing market.
Basic qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Econometrics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related fields with a target graduation of December 2027 or spring 2028. Ability to start the summer analyst program in summer 2027.
Preferred qualifications:
  • GPA of 3.3 or above

  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and under time pressure

  • Intellectual curiosity and attention to detail

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. Pay Range: $28.27 - $37.69
