Job Description

Director of Front Office Analytics & Strategy / Football. Will collaborate on all aspects of the Football program's analytical, strategic, and data-driven decision-making processes as it relates to roster construction, player valuation, recruiting strategy, and resource allocation. This role will lead the integration of data science and artificial intelligence into football operations, providing actionable insights that directly impact personnel decisions, financial strategy, and competitive advantage. This position will report to the Associate AD, General Manager / Football and serve as a key collaborator with the Head Coach, General Manager, operations staff, recruiting staff, and coaching staff to enhance decision-making across the organization.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree and/or bachelor's degree with relevant experience in a related field.
Experience working in an NFL, college football, or other professional sports organization, or in a comparable analytics/strategy-focused role.
Experience with data analysis, visualization, or programming tools (e.g., Excel, Python, R, SQL, Tableau, or similar technologies).
Demonstrated ability to translate data and analysis into clear, actionable insights for decision-makers.
Experience working with large datasets and building models related to player evaluation, performance, or strategic decision-making.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence tools and their application to workflow efficiency, research, or analysis.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a NCAA Division I Power 4 collegiate football program.
Knowledge of revenue share and NIL.
