Analyst, Data & Intelligence Strategy

Do you enjoy turning data into stories and insights that help organizations make smarter decisions? Are you curious about how media, culture, audience behavior and communications performance influence business outcomes?

As an Analyst, Data & Intelligence Strategy at Zeno, you will support measurement, analytics and intelligence programs that help clients understand performance, uncover opportunities and make more informed communications decisions. Working closely with analytics leads, account teams and cross-functional partners, you will help transform data into meaningful insights that guide strategy and demonstrate impact.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, analytical thinking and storytelling. You'll have the opportunity to build expertise across communications analytics, media intelligence and reporting while contributing to high-profile client work across industries.

About the Role:

  • Data Analysis & Insight Development: Analyze and interpret data from a variety of sources, helping identify trends, opportunities and actionable insights that support client objectives.

  • Reporting & Measurement: Manage reporting projects from data collection through final delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with client goals.

  • Research & Intelligence: Monitor media, audience and communications trends, helping teams understand performance and emerging developments that may impact clients.

  • Data Quality & Analytics Operations: Conduct quality assurance on datasets, identify inconsistencies and help create integrated views of performance across multiple channels and data sources.

  • Client & Team Collaboration: Partner with analytics leads, account teams and other stakeholders to communicate findings, provide updates and support data-informed decision-making.

  • Professional Growth & Technical Development: Build expertise across analytics platforms, measurement methodologies and communications intelligence tools while strengthening analytical and consulting skills.

About You:

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, intelligence, research, media measurement, communications analytics or related fields within an agency, consulting or client-service environment.

  • Experience working with reporting, measurement or analytics programs and translating findings into clear insights and recommendations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and priorities with strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with analytics, media intelligence and reporting platforms.

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.

  • Interest in communications, media, culture and consumer behavior.

  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and disciplines.

  • Curiosity about emerging trends, analytics methodologies and evolving communications channels.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with paid media analytics and campaign measurement.

  • Experience working with communications, public relations or marketing measurement frameworks.

  • Familiarity with social listening, media monitoring or audience intelligence tools.

  • Experience creating dashboards, visualizations or client-facing reporting materials.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD/yr
