Help Create an Unforgettable Summer of Creativity, Confidence & Fun!

Are you passionate about theatre, working with kids, and creating meaningful experiences? We're looking for energetic, creative, and responsible Theatre Camp Counselors to help bring the magic of performing arts to life this summer!

As a Theatre Camp Counselor, you'll play a key role in guiding campers through exciting daily activities while helping them build confidence, creativity, teamwork, and friendships in a safe and supportive environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise campers and ensure their safety and well-being at all times
  • Lead or assist with theatre games, creative activities, arts & crafts, team-building exercises, and outdoor fun
  • Support campers during rehearsals, performances, and daily camp routines
  • Serve as a positive mentor and role model while fostering an inclusive, encouraging environment
  • Help resolve conflicts and encourage teamwork among campers
  • Assist with camper daily needs, including allergies, routines, and maintaining organized camp spaces
  • Communicate regularly with camp leadership regarding camper experiences and any concerns
  • Follow emergency procedures and uphold all camp safety standards
