Job Summary:

We are looking to hire aCollectionsData AnalystInternfor ourNorth AmericaRegion.TheCollectionsData AnalystInternwill work withkey regional stakeholdersto develop and maintain data and related analytic solutions to enhance business decision making. This role will also support and work with cross functional departments and teams to support initiatives to expand existing tools to support ongoing dailyOrder to Cashoperations.

We are looking for performance-driven, innovative team members who understand the importance of collaboration and customer focus.

This positionis located inLa Crosse, Wisconsin. Applicants must currently reside in the La Crosse areain order tobe considered, as internships require year-round availability while attending school full time. This is an anticipated 1-year assignment with the possibility to continue until graduation. Hours are flexible, but students must be able to work 20 hours/week during the school year and 40 hours/week during summer and breaks. Workdays are flexible to accommodate student schedules within normal business hours.
Responsibilities:

  • Understand data sets essential to developing models, visualizations, reports, and insights.

  • Deliver results on a self-governed project, using business data and analytics tools to deliver final data product.

  • Support reporting needs and technical issue intake for the Americas Collections team

  • Coordinate project initiatives for the implementation of a new collections management tool for the region; including change management, communication plans, testing, etc.

  • Collaborate with others to develop understanding of the data, the business, and technical approaches.

  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to complete projects and taskstosupport the business and our customers.

Qualifications:

  • Junior, full-time student status in a 4-year program, pursuing a BS/BA(with graduation in 2026)in technical,analytics, business orrelated field such as computer science, Management of information systems, statistics, mathematics,business, economicsor similar.

  • Senior status may be considered in a 4-year institution.

  • Overall GPA of 3.0

  • Coursework utilizing some orall ofthe following: Python, R, SQL,Dataiku,Alteryx, Tableau, or other visualization software

  • Must be PC literate and proficient with MSOffice includingExcel, Outlook, andWord.

  • Must be detail consciousand organizedand ability to effectively communicate decisions.

  • Responsible, dependable, and able to work well in a team environment.

  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and build relationships with team personnel.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills such as: campus organizations, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects

  • U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation: $20 - 28/HR
