Empire Fiber Internet is seeking Marketing Reporting amp; Data Analyst in a hybrid position: Prattsburgh, NY
Empire Fiber Internet is seeking a data-driven Marketing Analyst to help accelerate customer growth, improve market penetration, and support ARPU performance across both new and established markets.
This role goes beyond reporting—you will analyze performance, uncover insights, and support decision-making that drives subscriber growth and marketing effectiveness. You’ll work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Operations to identify what’s working, what’s not, and where we can win.

What You’ll Do
  • Market Penetration: Identify opportunities to increase adoption in targeted neighborhoods and segments
  • Marketing Effectiveness: Improve campaign performance and channel ROI
  • Customer Growth: Support acquisition strategies with data-backed insights
  • ARPU Support: Provide analysis on offers, promotions, and customer mix
  • Analyze subscriber growth, penetration trends, and campaign performance across markets
  • Identify underperforming areas and high-opportunity segments
  • Support development of targeted marketing strategies with data insights
  • Track and report on performance of digital, direct mail, and field marketing campaigns
  • Assist in evaluating channel effectiveness and cost per acquisition (CPA)
  • Support A/B testing and help measure results of campaigns and offers
  • Segment customers and prospects based on demographics, behavior, and adoption patterns
  • Analyze drivers of acquisition, early-life churn, and retention
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide basic market intelligence insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
  • Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and actionable for stakeholders
  • Translate data into clear summaries and recommendations
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to support initiatives
  • Provide data and insights to improve campaign execution and field performance
  • Assist in tracking KPIs and maintaining reporting consistency across teams

Basic Qualifications
  • 2-4 years’ experience in marketing data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in telecommunications or broadband services.

Compensation
Pay Range: $22.00-$30.00

Work Environment
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Ability to lift-up to 20 pounds at a time. Occasional on-site visits or attendance at industry events may be required
