This is what you get up for in the morning:
  • Guiding customers from wish to implementation, turning ambitions into concrete use cases, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes
  • Facilitating workshops and discovery sessions to identify high-value AI agent scenarios aligned with business priorities
  • Consulting closely with customers across industries to shape AI initiatives that fit their business context, constraints, and policies
  • Establishing sustainable AI governance frameworks covering responsible AI, risk management, compliance, and platform governance
  • Training and enabling users to work confidently with AI agents while understanding governance guardrails
  • Managing stakeholders across IT, business, compliance, and leadership, while leading customers through change management
  • Collaborating closely with technical counterparts and contributing to an ambitious, innovation-driven AI consulting team
We would like you to:
  • Higher education degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, advisory, or customer-facing roles in digital transformation or AI adoption
  • Solid understanding of AI governance, responsible AI, data protection, compliance, and access management
  • Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, and the Power Platform
  • Outstanding communication and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
  • Strong ability to understand organisational requirements and translate them into practical governance recommendations
  • Genuine enthusiasm for AI, a value-driven mindset focused on business impact, and fluency in German and English
