  • Success in a Subway Supervisor:

    Direction from Subway Store Manager/ Leads the Team when Subway Store Manager/ Assistant are Absent

    • The Subway Supervisor is responsible for getting updates and direction from the Subway store manager/assistant upon arriving for their shift. This role maintains the leadership role when the manager/assistant are absent.

    • This role is responsible in part for delegating the daily checklist and making sure each task is complete. The Subway Supervisor will help to maintain accountability for all daily tasks within the store. These tasks include but are not limited to receiving orders, invoices, salesfloor, cleaning, trash and bathrooms.

    Team Development

    • This role is responsible for assisting in the training and mentoring of new hires or candidates eligible for promotion.

    • The Subway Supervisor is responsible for helping the manager to recognize potential leaders and promoting/mentoring them into leadership roles.

    • This role is responsible for helping to oversee processes and procedures that have been put in place and making sure to assist in educating the team accordingly.

    Team/Servant Leadership

    • This role is responsible for setting up and communicating with all shifts. The Subway Supervisor is responsible for being a servant leader to the team and supporting the leadership of the Subway Store Manager/Assistant.
