We're seeking a Substation Designer who wants to make a real impact by helping design the substations that power communities, support critical industries, and enable the next generation of energy technology.

In this role, you'll work alongside experienced engineers and industry experts on transmission, distribution, grid modernization, and large-scale infrastructure projects. From supporting utility upgrades to powering new data centers, your work will directly contribute to the future of energy delivery.

What You'll Do
  • Develop and refine electrical substation layouts and design packages for utility and power delivery projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project teams to create safe, efficient, and reliable substation solutions.
  • Prepare and update technical drawings, design documentation, and project deliverables.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas that improve quality, constructability, and system performance.
  • Support projects focused on grid modernization, transmission infrastructure, renewable energy integration, and system reliability.

Pay and Benefits
