Job description

Old Harbor Solutions, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Physical and Antiterrorism Security Support Specialist to join our Team in Panama City.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform physical security and antiterrorism surveys of buildings and areas, using an established checklist, to determine if the surveyed area meets required physical security and antiterrorism requirements. Document results of the survey for the Physical Security Officer.
• Maintain daily physical security checks and logs, which include SF 701 "Active Security Checklist" and SF 702 "Security Container Check Sheet" and equipment inventory and visitor logs, as required in Government provided workspace.
• Operate an Automated Entry Control Systems (AECS) client workstation, and a supplemental badge system to create access credential badges and records, insert and edit associated access rights, revise or delete records, produce reports.
• Assist with and track controlled keys and badges.
• Support the Loss Prevention Program by keeping track of lost, missing, or stolen property, identify trends using metrics, and presenting metrics and recommendations to the Physical Security Officer.
Desired Qualifications:
• Background in physical and/or antiterrorism security. Military experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to interact effectively across various levels of personnel.
Additional Requirements:
• Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
