EnerMech is seeking a Project Manager to join our Pipelines & Subsea business line in Houston. This role has primary responsibility for the cross-functional delivery of international projects - ensuring efficient execution, on-time delivery, and commercial control.

As the project lead both internally and externally, you will oversee client engagement and may be required to travel to client sites or offshore locations, including international regions.

Job Description:

  • Ensure compliance with client HSE, Quality, and technical requirements
  • Develop and manage day-to-day project performance - including engineering schedule, cost control, invoicing, and forecasting
  • Manage client-specific objectives and KPIs to ensure targets are met and actions are completed
  • Lead internal and external reporting (weekly/monthly) with a focus on commercial accuracy, Estimates to Complete, and Earned Value techniques
  • Host planning, scheduling, and technical reviews to support offshore mobilization
  • Liaise frequently with EnerMech offshore/site crews regarding operations and maintenance activities

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience managing pipelines and subsea pre-commissioning projects (e.g., pigging, hydrotesting, umbilical's, dewatering)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively manage complex project schedules
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and offer practical solutions
  • Preferred: Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant technical/project management qualification
  • Offshore and/or international project experience highly desirable
  • 5-10 years of Commercial/Technical Project Management experience
