Job Overview
Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking for a Subscription Document Specialist to join their team in New York City. This role is central to the investor onboarding lifecycle - you'll be responsible for reviewing private fund subscription documents, managing document workflows, and ensuring accuracy across all intake and data entry processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately intake, review, and categorize subscription, AML, and tax documents using Anduin and Appian platforms
  • Maintain up-to-date status trackers and communication logs to ensure full visibility of onboarding progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams and engage counsel when required
  • Collate, prepare, and execute final document packages for investor onboarding
  • Provide clear documentation and timely responses to client inquiries
  • Execute test scripts for new fund launches, bug fixes, and enhancement releases
  • Maintain an issue tracker reflecting all open, ongoing, and resolved items
  • Process user access requests for Anduin in a timely manner
  • Identify gaps in documentation processes and recommend improvements
  • Standardize documentation workflows to drive efficiency and reduce rework
