Job Overview

Pay Range: $23hr - $25hr

Requirement/Must Have:
  • 1+ years of experience in supporting day to day operations from a technical licensing perspective.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities:
  • Day to day activation of licensing, cellular activations, and entitlements.
  • Checking for correct licensing and entitlements for subscribed devices.
  • Handling inbound tier 2 support requests for licensing and activation requests.
  • Submitting internal requests for supporting serialized device ownership.
  • Working directly with the Subscription Specialist to understand changing requests and responsibilities.
  • Working with internal operations teams on fulfillment of and supporting subscription customer needs.
  • Aligning and working with BA teams on key support priorities.
  • Working with the Worldwide team for solutions to complex problems.
