About the Role:
United Subrogation Associates is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Subrogation Recovery professional to join our team in Dallas, TX. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by recovering funds and delivering results in a fast-paced, specialized legal and insurance environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and evaluate subrogation claims to identify recovery opportunities
  • Perform skip tracing to locate negligent parties and responsible entities
  • Make outbound calls to adverse parties, negotiate payments, and secure settlements
  • File claims with insurance carriers and pursue recovery under applicable coverage
  • Challenge and rebut liability decisions on behalf of clients
  • Analyze estimates, damages, reserves, and comparative negligence to assess recovery potential
  • Draft and send demand letters with supporting documentation
  • Coordinate with carriers, attorneys, and internal teams to maximize recovery
  • Maintain accurate records in claims management systems
  • Monitor statutes of limitations and ensure timely pursuit of recovery actions
Requirements:

  • Prior experience in subrogation, insurance claims, or collections recovery
  • Ability to skip trace, investigate parties, and negotiate payments
  • Strong understanding of reserves, comparative negligence, and how to read an estimate
  • Familiarity with auto, property, or workers’ compensation subrogation principles
  • Ability to analyze liability, damages, and coverage
    Strong written and verbal communication skills
    Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple files
    Proficiency with claims systems and Microsoft Office
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Legal Studies, or related field preferred
Compensation:

$36,000 per year + performance‑based bonuses
