We are seeking a seasoned Attorney (5+ yearsโ€™ experience) specializing in Civil Litigation & Insurance Subrogation to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a strategic, forward-thinking litigator who thrives on maximizing recovery and driving results.

About the Role

You will play a critical role in our subrogation practiceโ€”an essential component of every workersโ€™ compensation strategy. Youโ€™ll identify third-party liability, pursue recovery actions, and help insurers and self-insured employers recoup funds tied to claims. Your work will directly impact clientsโ€™ financial outcomes by reducing claim costs and strengthening program performance.
