Introduction
Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Jr. Project Manager - Low Voltage position. This position is a direct hire opportunity, primarily on-site in the Ocoee/Winter Garden, FL area.
Summary
The Jr. Project Manager - Low Voltage position will directly oversee multiple lighting control systems projects totaling $5-15M while also leading the project management team.
This position should have 3+ years of experience related to managing projects and/or design/fabrication of low-voltage lighting systems.

Qualified candidates would have the following:
- Experience: 3+ years of project management experience in construction, electrical systems,
controls integration, or related technical fields. Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent
projects totaling ~$5-12M.
Low voltage/Lighting Controls Knowledge: working knowledge of low-voltage wiring,
understanding of DMX512 and DALI 2 protocols, ability to read electrical and control systems
drawings and schematics
Computing Skills: Intermediate knowledge and skills with Microsoft 365 and other computer
software and hardware.
Quality Orientation: Strong attention to detail with a commitment to craftsmanship, accuracy,
and timely completion of tasks.
Decision-Making: Confident, timely, and data-informed decision-making under pressure.
Communication: Clear, direct, and professional communication with both technical and
non-technical audiences.
