Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and customer-focused Service Secretary to join our Subaru Service Department. This full-time position is the first point of contact for many of our customers and plays a critical role in delivering the exceptional service experience Subaru owners expect.
The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment. Outstanding attendance, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for customer service are essential.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming phone calls promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Schedule service appointments efficiently while maximizing shop productivity.
- Contact customers after service visits to perform quality follow-up calls and ensure complete satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding customer service during every customer interaction.
- Assist service advisors with administrative and clerical tasks.
- Coordinate daily with the Parts and Service Departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Greet customers warmly and direct them to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain accurate customer information and appointment records.
- Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism and urgency.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and other office duties as needed.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service reception area.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
