The Opportunity

As a Subaru Master Technician / Senior Technician, you'll handle a variety of diagnostic and repair work while maintaining high standards for quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles

• Perform advanced electrical and drivability diagnostics

• Diagnose engine, transmission, HVAC, suspension, steering, and other vehicle systems

• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs accurately and efficiently

• Follow Subaru factory repair procedures and diagnostic processes

• Utilize Subaru diagnostic equipment

• Maintain productivity and quality standards

• Communicate repair recommendations with service advisors

• Properly document repairs and diagnostic findings

• Assist with mentoring and training less experienced technicians when needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Subaru Master Technician certification preferred

• Previous Subaru dealership experience strongly preferred

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• ASE certifications are a plus

• Ability to diagnose complex vehicle concerns

• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player

• Commitment to quality workmanship

• Strong attention to detail

• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Not a Subaru Master Technician?

If you're an experienced Subaru A-Level, Senior, or highly skilled technician with strong diagnostic abilities, we still want to hear from you.

We're willing to consider the right technician based on experience, skill level, certifications, and overall fit.
