Job Description

The Product Manager, Studios Technology Solutions will be part of the Film & TV Studios Technical Solutions organization, reporting to the Director of Product and AI Solutions. This role will support the advancement and adoption of the Studios Technology Solutions Product function by driving the implementation of the organization’s product “north star” across the portfolio. The Product Manager will work across product teams and business stakeholders to operationalize product management best practices, ensure alignment to established frameworks, and enable consistent, high-quality execution across product initiatives. 

The Product Manager will work across our organization, as well as with engineering and business stakeholders, to guide how product work is defined, prioritized, and delivered. This role will help drive clarity, consistency, and measurable outcomes across the product lifecycle, ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and enterprise standards across the Studios Technology Solutions portfolio. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution and adoption of the Studio Technology Solutions Product “north star,” including frameworks, standards, and operating models across the product organization
  • Partner with Product Managers and product team members to ensure alignment to established product guidelines, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery practices
  • Drive consistency in how product requirements are defined, documented, and communicated, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics
  • Facilitate cross-team alignment to ensure product work connects to broader portfolio priorities and enterprise initiatives
  • Assist in the management and execution of product roadmaps, ensuring work is prioritized based on business value, user impact, and strategic alignment
  • Act as a connector across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to improve clarity, reduce ambiguity, and enable efficient execution
  • Support product lifecycle activities including discovery, delivery, and adoption, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve product processes, tooling, and team effectiveness, and help drive implementation of enhancements
  • Contribute to product reporting, metrics, and status communications to provide visibility into progress, risks, and outcomes
  • Support change management and enablement efforts to drive adoption of product frameworks and consistent ways of working across teams
Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience working with data modeling, including an understanding of data structures, relationships, and data design principles
  • 3+ years of experience leveraging an understanding of system architecture to guide product design decisions and roadmap planning
  • 5+ years of experience in product management
  • Demonstrated experience supporting products or platforms from concept through delivery, with a focus on execution, consistency, and stakeholder alignment
  • Strong understanding of product management fundamentals including roadmap planning, prioritization, and agile delivery practices
  • Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in partnership with engineering teams
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams that include product, engineering, and business stakeholders
  • Familiarity with modern technology environments, including cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise application ecosystems (e.g., Salesforce, data platforms, APIs)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements  
  • Experience supporting process standardization, governance, or adoption of best practices across teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams and levels of the organization

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience in Global Media & Entertainment industry and supporting business workflows
  • Experience supporting product management practices across multiple teams, including driving consistency in roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery approaches
  • Exposure to portfolio or platform-based environments, with the ability to align multiple products or initiatives to shared frameworks and enterprise goals
  • Ability to incorporate system architecture considerations into product planning to ensure scalable, integrated solutions
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting concepts and how data-driven insights inform product decisions and business outcomes
  • Working knowledge of modern technology ecosystems (e.g., APIs, integrations, cloud platforms) to effectively partner with engineering teams
  • Proven experience designing and delivering Salesforce-based products that support business workflows and scalability
  • Awareness of emerging technologies, including AI/ML, with a focus on applying them to improve workflows, product experiences, and operational efficiency

  • Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
