At Accenture Song Production Studios, we partner with leading Fashion & Beauty brands to create innovative content at speed and scale. Our Digital Services Support team keeps our studio technology running seamlessly, enabling world-class creative productions through exceptional technical support and client service.
The Role
We're looking for a motivated Digital Services Support Analyst who is passionate about technology and creative production. This is an on-site, client-facing role supporting photography and video studios, where you'll troubleshoot digital capture systems, creative workstations, and enterprise IT equipment to keep productions running smoothly.
You'll work closely with photographers, producers, creative teams, and the broader IT organization, providing fast, professional technical support in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.

What You'll Do
  • Prepare, configure, and stage IT and digital capture equipment for daily photo and video productions.
  • Test hardware, software, and tethered capture workflows before each shoot to ensure production readiness.
  • Provide on-set technical support, quickly resolving hardware, software, networking, and digital capture issues.
  • Support macOS and Windows workstations, Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365, and studio peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot camera-to-computer connections, storage devices, monitors, printers, and other production technology.
  • Manage multiple support requests across active studios while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, equipment organization, and compliance.
  • Coordinate equipment rentals, perform basic hardware maintenance, and identify opportunities to improve processes through automation.
  • Partner with Enterprise IT teams to support technology deployments and ongoing

Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, Help Desk, Digital Capture, or a related technical role.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Capture One, Adobe Creative Cloud, Lightroom, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS systems.
  • Familiarity with professional photography equipment and tethered capture workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and remain composed during fast-paced, client-facing productions.
  • Knowledge of medium format, DSLR, or mirrorless camera systems.
  • Familiarity with RAID storage, servers, networking, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting photography, video, or creative studio environments.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work throughout active studio environments.
