ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking formotivated, communicative and well-organized Front of House (FOH) team members with a passion for exceptional customer service to join our BEAT81 indoor cycling studios, committing 15 to 25 hours a week to deliver top-notch service and outstanding customer experiences.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create a memorable first impression by being the face of hospitality for every studio guest
  • Introduce new customers to the bikes and provide detailed information about our workout concept
  • Handle customer issues and concerns proactively, positively, and promptly
  • Work closely with coaches, studio managers, and other FOH staff to ensure smooth studio operations
  • Assist with check-ins and class bookings
  • Uphold company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all members
  • Perform light cleaning and tidying duties throughout the studio, keeping the front desk, lobby, ride room, changing rooms, toilets and showers clean and tidy.
  • Assist with daily studio tasks, including laundry and supply refills
  • Support bike maintenance tasks
