Job description

JOB SUMMARY
Serves as the primary resource for data reporting, analysis of information, marketing analytics, and campaign operations. This role combines data analysis and visualization, Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, customer journey mapping, and campaign optimization to enhance engagement, drive revenue growth, and support strategic business goals. A blend of analytical rigor, marketing automation expertise, and cross-functional collaboration is essential.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administration
  • Serve as the Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator, managing platform configuration, integrations, and user support.
  • Build and manage customer journeys, automation workflows, and communication strategies using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Maintain and optimize customer databases to enable targeted marketing efforts and cross-channel campaigns.
  • Partners with Marketing strategy leads to design, streamline, and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, including building and filtering audiences.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams for seamless data integration and campaign execution.
  • Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for segmentation, cross-selling, upselling, and enhanced customer profitability.
  • Test campaign logic, segmentation, content, and design to ensure well-managed deployments.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, customer engagement metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize marketing automation processes including workflows and email templates.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness and ROI of data-driven marketing campaigns, reporting insights to stakeholders.

Analytics & Strategy
  • Able to compile, analyze and understand quantitative and qualitative customer and market data/research, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and create actionable insights.
  • Utilize tools such as FIS Business Intelligence, Salesforce Analytics Studio, Tableau, MuleSoft, data warehouse systems, and external data providers to develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and regular reports.
  • Respond to ad hoc data reporting requests in a timely fashion and interact directly with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide reports and answer questions.
  • Monitor successfulness of automated reporting and respond to issues.
  • Convert complex data and findings into understandable, written reports.
  • Adhere to bank-wide best practices for report validation, testing, and formatting guidelines.
  • Identify and recommend continuous improvements to data analytics processes, reporting tools, and marketing operations.
  • Leverage technology investments and vendors to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of daily responsibilities.
  • Support the delivery and sustainability of data analytics and ensure continuous improvement and efficiencies over time with an emphasis on process improvements and process re-engineering.
  • Support project reporting needs and contribute to implementation planning and post-launch analysis.

Education
  • Leverage banking resources, networks, and third parties to keep abreast of the trends that impact data analysis and banking.
  • Pursues professional development, SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence certification, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications, and training opportunities to ensure the Bank's environment and personal skillsets remain future-proof and forward-thinking.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analysis is required.
  • Experience with SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence or SAP Crystal Reports is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Experience in financial services preferred; marketing operations experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce systems (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, MuleSoft, Tableau) and nCino (Commercial Lending, Portfolio Analytics) is a plus.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification a plus, or willingness to obtain within 1 year.
  • Advanced experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) required.
