Opportunity

 Do you have a passion for customer service? Does the thought of working with our guests and golf simulators motivate you? If so, then the position of Swing Studio Sales Associate is for you! 

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet, welcome and assist all guests on their purchasing needs and educate them on the products and services provided.
  • Assist in overall organization of store by making sure that size runs are complete and merchandise is in the proper location and folded or hung neatly.
  • Continually learn more about the products carried in the shop through vendor presentations and supervisor/associate meetings.
  • Assist in maintenance of store: Cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, glass and window cleaning, sweeping, garbage removal, etc.
  • Suggestive sell our retail offerings, in-shop promotions and inform guests of events.
  • Cashiering and finalizing the Sale: opening and closing of register, ringing sales (cash, credit card, gift certificate, room charges etc), processing coupons, discounts, markdowns, and end-of-day reports.
  • Assist in the training of new Retail Associates.
  • Assist with placing special orders.
  • Assist in checking in shipments and reporting any discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Assist with physical inventory counts and reconciliation.
  • Assist with tagging of new merchandise and preparing merchandise for store floor.
  • Be knowledgeable in basic Dataworks inventory system.
  • Be knowledgeable about and be able to promote the Destination Kohler Resort and the Village of Kohler: van service, directions, restaurants and menus, hours of operation etc.
  • Complete other tasks assigned within job scope.

This is a casual part-time position, working weekdays and weekends with shifts varying from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
