Job description

Job Title:DF AY26/27 Student AmbassadorJob Description:The Student Ambassador in the Office of Admissions plays a vital role in exemplifying the mission,valuesand life at Regis University. The Student Ambassador will report to theAssistant Director, Project Managementand support University Marketing and the Office of Admissions invarious waysto promote Regis University and ensure prospective students and families are offeredqualitycampus visit experiences.

Student Ambassadors will work directly with the Visit Experience and Events Team to ensure campus visits and events meet specific expectations.Generalknowledge of the university isrecommended. Students Ambassadorswill provide campus tours duringcampus visitsand be involved in admissions events byassistingin event preparation, executing specific responsibilities during the day of, giving presentationsandbeing on student panels.

All Student Ambassadors will need to beenrolled full-time andwithin good academic standing.Must be available to work5-8 hours/week, withoccasionalhoursduring the evenings and weekends.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Maintain positive and proactive customer service behaviors

  • Willingnessto learn andbecome familiarwithnumerouspolicies/procedures to complete tasks and work independently with limited supervision

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to converse and interact with diverse populationsand group sizes

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in continuous learning and training to stay current withskillsandupdates

  • Office Hours Tasks: preparecampus materials for visitors,assistin event preparation, etc.

  • Assistwith marketing projects, emailcampaignsand social media posts

  • Participate in outreach to students and familiesregardingevents, reminders, etc.
