Job description

Hourly Rate: $20-$23/hourly based on qualifications and experience

Shift: Monday- Friday 8AM-5PM

Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Ensure all process steps are followed and completed in a timely fashion so to ensure driver students are coded as drivers within 30 minutes of graduation.

  • Assist Recruiters/Processors and Academy Coordinators with student files for accuracy and completion.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and monitor student pre-employment screening and permit test appointments to ensure student is prepared to attend academy classes.
  • Ensure drug screens are completed in a timely fashion and follow up with DER as needed.
  • Enter drug screen data.
  • Obtain required documentation per Board of Education
  • Follow up on audit deficiencies & holds and assist Academy Coordinators/Processors with VOE's medical releases, self-certifications, compliance reports, and iSleep.
  • Coordinate with Driver Qualification to include completion of DOT and Non-DOT paperwork as required by audit.
  • Schedule student for Week 2 class at Swift Academy as needed.
  • Code student upon Graduation.
  • Proactively work to assist others in achieving the organization's objectives.

Qualifications: What you need to bring

  • 2 years' office administrative experience required.
  • Previous experience in transportation industry preferred.
  • Must possess basic proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must possess advanced oral and written communication skills.
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess strong problem solving skills.
