Are you ready to inspire and support the next generation of Doane Tigers on their educational journey? Doane University is looking for a highly driven individual to join our Lincoln Campus as a Student Recruitment Specialist!
What you'll do as a Student Recruitment Specialist:
  • Make a real impact on students' lives as they begin to achieve their educational dreams.
  • Be the go-to person for prospective students, managing their recruitment and ensuring a smooth admissions/enrollment process.
  • Create a memorable first impression and facilitate a positive student experience from the initial inquiry to their first day on campus by providing personalized high-level support and engagement.
  • Share the Doane experience by providing essential information on enrollment, university policies, programs, and student life.
  • Engage with campus partners and the public through on-campus and off-campus events.
  • Enjoy a role filled with diverse interactions and daily activities.

FLSA Salaried (Exempt) Salary The pay is determined by experience and starts at $43,000 Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree/equivalent experience considered
  • Professional sales or recruiting or similar experience
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Friendly, professional sales attitude and demonstrated ability to influence
  • Ability to take a consultative, solution-based soft sales approach to guide students through Doane University's application and admission processes
  • Skilled at working with campus and community partners through outreach and networking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to establish relationships using a variety of communication channels
  • Demonstrated ability to stay organized, work in a fast-paced environment, and remain student-centered and responsive
  • A desire to represent Doane University and a passion for lifelong learning and guiding people to their next level of education

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
