ADM High School is looking to hire a parttime office assistant to support the Counseling Center.
Position Purpose
Under the direct supervision of the Principal and the High School Counselors, applicant will provide clerical, secretarial and administrative assistance to the Guidance Office.
Essential Functions
  • Maintain accurate student records to support the guidance office and counselors.
  • Maintain office bulletins, announcements and communications.
  • Provide a high level of customer service.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Strong computer and technical skills.
  • Experience with word processing and various data systems.
  • Proficient oral and written skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy for compliance.
  • Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Approximately 16 hours a week, schedule to be determined.
