As a Student Nutrition team member, you will be assisting with the leading and managing of food service operations and be responsible for (but not limited to): -Preparing and serving nutritious meals in accordance with district menus, portion standards, and nutrition guidelines. -Following safe food handling, sanitation, and storage procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. -Setting up and cleaning food service areas and equipment before, during, and after meal service.

-Receiving, organizing, and rotating inventory to maintain freshness and minimize waste. -Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, warmers, and dishwashers. -Recording meal counts and assisting with reports to support compliance and accurate documentation.

-Providing excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors by maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. -Collaborating with teammates and site staff to ensure meal service runs smoothly and on schedule. -Reporting equipment or safety concerns promptly to a supervisor for resolution.
