Job description

Overview
We are looking for college students and young adults who love the Lord, have a desire to serve, and are passionate about students and kids.
Student Life Camp (7th-12th) and Student Life Kids Camp (3rd-6th)exist to honor God and serve churches by designing trustworthy experiences that fuel ministry.
Our camps inspire students and kids through engaging worship, sound biblical teaching, and community-building in small group Bible studies.
Qualifications
You must be 18 years of age by May 7, 2027 to work for Student Life Camp.
These roles fuel ministry by:
Rec Squad Leader - facilitating daily Rec games and devotions while building relationships with students in his/her squad
Rec Director - managing daily Rec games while leading and equipping the Rec staff (1 year of Student Life Camps experience preferred).
Connect Director - manage the Connect Department, oversee Connect Activities, recruiting on campus for summer staff and some on stage responsibilities. (1 year of Student Life Camp experience preferred.)
Connect Squad Leader - helps Life Group Leaders and students build meaningful relationships through fun, purposeful challenges that strengthen trust and create lasting camp memories.
Store Coordinator - managing merchandise (apparel, accessories, CDs, etc.), tracking inventory and overseeing Student Life Store operations
Hospitality Coordinator - arranging group meeting spaces and creating welcoming environments for all Camp guests
Housing Coordinator - making room assignments for each group
Office Director - managing the Camp Office while leading and equipping the Office staff (1 year of Student Life Camps experience preferred)
Production Assistant: participating on the production team and assisting the production director in making sure all camp services run smoothly.
Event Director: forming relationships with Student Pastors, Life Group Leaders, and location contacts, leading a summer team spiritually and professionally, and creating a distraction-free environment for churches (1-2 years of Student Life experience required)
Lighting Director - ensuring the stage is well lit and creating and executing the lighting scheme during worship services
Production Director: creating a positive, distraction-free worship environment through leading the Production staff, managing the worship room, and working with Camp Pastors and Worship Leaders (1 year of Student Life Camps experience preferred)
Video Director -overseeing visual aspects during worship services including Propresenter, lyrics, graphics, and LED wall content
SL/Worship - leading worship at Student Life KIDS Camp using instruments and vocals
SL/Worship Band Leader - leading the SL/Worship band members as well as being an instrumentalist or vocalist. (1 year of Student Life Camps experience preferred)
SL/Worship Music Director - playing an instrument as well as setting up and operating tracks in Abelton (Abelton experience required)
Audio Engineer - amplifying all sounds occurring on stage to help create the worship environment
Student Life Kids Actor - performing dramas, spoken words and comedic sketches that engage students while pointing them to biblical truth at Student Life Kids Camp
Photographer / Videographer - capturing and delivering camp-related content to engage campers and leaders on social media platforms
