Summary:
The Office of Faculty & Administrative Support Services (FASS) is seeking to hire student assistants to support our admin support staff and the Information Desk.
Essential Functions:
  • Answer and transfer call to the appropriate office.
  • Greet and assist with visitor check-ins.
  • Distribute event/class information.
  • Assist with loading dock calls.
  • Assist with the Apparel store.
  • Posting.
  • Typing.
  • Scanning.
  • Filing.
  • Data entry.
  • Copying.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
  • Part-time.
  • 10 hours per week.
Salary Range:
  • $18.40 per hour.
Required Education and Experience:
  • The student should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have great communication skills.
