Provide general admin/office support.
Responsibilities
  • General promotion of the Center, events, and programs to the community, campus, classrooms, and special interest groups.
  • Marketing projects: Promote events through various channels, perform outreach and interface with Center customers
  • Events management: Organize and work at events at the Center
  • Analytics: Implement program effectiveness metrics, surveys, A/B testing
  • Graphic design: Create flyers, templates, and other creative promotional materials
  • Social media: Create derivative content (video clips, quote cards, posts, previews)
  • Podcast support: Support recording sessions and manage post-production (editing, sound quality, publishing)
  • Public relations: Write and post press releases
  • Website: Update the Center website with new events, programs and press releases
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn support process. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Qualifications
Prior experience in customer facing roles.
